Lyra International Global Privacy Policy
Lyra International, a subsidiary of Lyra Health, Inc., is an Employee Assistance Programme provider committed to protecting your personal information. We apply GDPR-level standards globally; where local laws (including Singapore's PDPA) require additional restrictions, those local laws prevail.

Our data protection principles
We process personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently; only for specified, relevant purposes; and we limit collection to what is necessary. We keep data accurate and retain it only as long as needed — for example, call recordings are kept for six months after the interaction.
How we collect information
We collect personal information through our EAP services (phone, email, web and mobile applications), employment relationships, feedback forms, call recordings, cookies, and from third parties such as employers and medical professionals.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. You may object to direct marketing and withdraw consent at any time.
International transfers
Where we transfer data outside the EEA, UK or Switzerland, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and frameworks such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Regional addendums apply for jurisdictions including Singapore.
